Henry V; The Graphic Novel - plain text

The Bard’s historic tale of war and peace between England and France during the reign of Henry V is brought to life through a full colour graphic novel! This graphic novel contains the complete play, only it has been translated into plain English. This doesn’t lose any power of edge of the story, but it provides a more accessible way for pupils with lower abilities to access the text and understand the characters and plot. The illustrations add the visual stimuli and the speech bubbles allow for a lively class reading. An ideal resource for teachers who have a reluctant class uninspired and put off by the complex Shakespearean language.
