Can you find your nose, eyes, ears, mouth and chin? Every young child from a few months old, up to and including toddlers, loves to play games which involve finding out the names for the features that make up their faces. This book will be a great aid to them learning about their faces, learning about the animals that are featured and learning to read. Every double page poses a question to its reader – ‘Can you find your eyes/nose/ears/mouth/chin?’ - and the answer, which of course is yes you can!

For each question and feature a different animal is shown asking the question. Each has been chosen for its obvious link to the question. For eyes the animal is an owl - their eyes are typically very large of course. For nose, what better animal to have chosen than the dog, the ears are shown by a bunny, the mouth by a frog and the chin by a Billy goat. These clever associations will help children to find their own features, with the aid of the mirror at the back of the book and will also begin to teach them about animals. Because it taddresses  the child directly, this book is certain to be read aloud by adults over and over again as children love nothing more than being able to learn new words, point to their own features and use the mirror to begin the process of recognising themselves.
