My (most excellent) Pet Project

This is an Indie Kid special.

Indie kKd is just potty about pets and this story is about her school project. It has vibrant black and white line drawings interspersed through the text. The text has different font styles for different aspects of the project. The pages are busy and are likely to need a confident reader. Written in the first person this is a pacy and funny story.  Readers will learn incidentally about the collective names for various groups of animals and what would and would not be a good pet. It will appeal to girls and boys who have a love of animals as Indie's friend Dylan also contributes to the topic.
