This is the second of Alan Gibbons' Hell's Underground series and begins, it appears, immediately where the prevoius novel leaves off. I have to say initially I found this very confusing and it took me some time to "get" the characters and plotline, however, iI imagine if you have read the first book, everything would be clear. This book contains a lot of very graphic horror imagery, which is not quite my cup of tea, but I'm sure would appeal to fans of Alan Gibbons!
