Halibut Jackson

Halibut Jackson is shy. Halibut Jackson doesn't like to be noticed. So Halibut Jackson makes sure that he always blends into the background.

Review  Halibut Jackson is a witty picturebook with the bold lines and strong colour of a Matisse. It tells the story of how one individual was helped to conquer his shyness. Halibut was so shy that he used his D.T. skills and his wonderful eye for colour to make himself clothing to blend in wherever he happened to visit. In the Library his outfit of vertical stripes ensured that he matched to shelves of books perfectly. Get the idea? On one very important visit- to the palace no less- things went awry. Or did they? A tiny error meant that Halibut did not blend in.

Don't miss the delightful endpapers which reflect Halibut's personal through sartorial growth.
