his is a great book to have as a classroom resource as it is so versatile. It is just begging to be used as the basis for a play. Key Stage 1 children will love taking the parts of the various animals, adding new ones to the story, and making simple props. The book could also be be a starting point for children writing their own stories about how they would defeat crocodile.
