Q: Why was the maths book so sad?

A: Because it was full of problems!

I'm hardly ever sad, but sometimes I have problems, too. Like what would I do if I met an alien from another planet? I worried about that a lot in SURPRISES ACCORDING TO HUMPHREY. You'll have to read the book to find out what happens.

The good thing about maths problems is that they always have solutions. And if you THINK-THINK-THINK hard enough, you'll find them.
