Hello, Baby

Synopsis: Perfect for making connections in your baby's world. Encourages babies to look, point and predict as they learn about the world around them.

Review: Hello Baby is a lift the flap board book with soft cloth and ribbons covering the spine. A clever use of illustrations combines a mixture of photographs of real babies with simple and attractive drawings. On each left hand page there is a photograph of a baby with a simple question , such as, “Where does baby live?”, while each right hand page offers options in the form of four flaps. In this example the choices are a fish bowl, a tree, a hive and a house. A picture of the occupant of each home can be revealed by lifting the flap, and of course the same baby is seen under the house flap. Other questions include "What does baby eat?","Where does baby sleep?" and "Where is baby's mummy?"

This is a lovely simple book which offers plenty to talk about, and which both parents and babies will enjoy.
