What Colour?

Synopsis: What colour is Louis' balloon? Sophie's hat? Daniel's apple? A beautifully photographed first book of colours that's perfect for sharing.

Review: “What Colour?” is a paperback book, attractively illustrated with delightful photographs of young children. Each double page concentrates on one colour. The children on the left hand page are dressed totally in the colour, and are seen in everyday situations, such as eating, playing and shopping. On the right hand page we can see items from these photographs, again in the same colour. There is very little text, but the familiar themes mean there is plenty to talk about in this book, making it an excellent first introduction to colour.
