Kevin Brooks wins the Angus Award PDF Print E-mail

Image Kevin Brooks has won the 2007 Angus Book Award for his novel Candy, published by Chicken House - a sharp, sensitive and exciting novel that takes a walk on the wild side of teenage life. The winning author was presented with his trophy, a miniature replica of the Aberlemno Serpent Stone, and the £500 prize at the ceremony attended by all five shortlisted authors and participating pupils in Arbroath High School on May 15th 2007.
